Just like other Fuel Cell Vehicles, the Tucson Fuel Cell is currently being leased in select areas in California where fueling infrastructure is available. The vehicle will be available in other regions as fueling infrastructure becomes available.  The leases are for 3 years with no purchase option.

Moditech

In Moditech’s Crash Recovery System, the full deactivation are available.  Just like most vehicles, securing the ignition is the best first step to securing the the electrical system. Just like other FCV, the Hyundai Tucson Fuel Cell vehicle has Pressure Relief Devices (PRD) built into the Hydrogen tanks.  The red arrows show the direction the tank will vent.
